By accessing SendPanel.net, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization.
SendPanel.net provides a cloud-based Social Media Management (SMM) platform. Features include:
Multi-Platform Scheduling: Automated posting to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, etc.
AI Content Assistant: Tools for generating captions and images via AI.
Analytics & Reporting: Data visualization of social media performance.
Team Collaboration: Managing multiple team members and client workspaces.
Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. SendPanel cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with security obligations.
Third-Party Access: To provide our services, you grant SendPanel permission to access your social media accounts via official APIs. We do not store your social media passwords.
You are solely responsible for the content (text, images, video) you publish through SendPanel.
Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
Anti-Spam Policy: Using SendPanel for "spamming," bulk unsolicited messaging, or violating the specific Terms of Service of social media platforms (e.g., Meta’s developer policies) will result in immediate account termination.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all local, state, and international laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
SendPanel provides AI tools to assist in content creation.
Verification: You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking AI-generated content before publication.
Liability: SendPanel is not liable for any inaccuracies, biases, or copyright infringements resulting from AI-generated outputs.
Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Generally, payments are non-refundable. However, SendPanel may grant refunds at its sole discretion in cases of technical failure on our end.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with a 30-day notice to active subscribers.
Our Property: The SendPanel name, logo, software code, and UI design are the exclusive property of SendPanel.net.
Your Property: You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendPanel.net shall not be liable for:
Direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
Loss of data or profits.
Any actions taken by third-party social media platforms (e.g., account bans, shadowbans, or API changes) that affect your social media accounts.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, SendPanel is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by:
Downtime of third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Internet infrastructure failures.
Governmental restrictions or cyber-attacks.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or are using the Service in a way that harms other users or our reputation.
